1. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of goods in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the button “Buy now”, you submit a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the order’s receipt is issued immediately upon sending the order and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We may accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by shipping the goods within two days.

2. Voluntary right of return until up to 100 days upon receipt of goods

Beside the statutory right of withdrawal mentioned above, the Merchant grants you a voluntary return right for the period of 100 days upon receipt of goods, except for second hand goods. You may also cancel the contract after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired by returning the goods to us within 100 days upon receipt (period starts on the day after the goods have been received) as long as the goods are in original packaging and complete and as long as they have not been used or damaged and as long as they do not constitute goods made to the consumer’s specification or that are clearly personalized. Punctual dispatch suffices to comply with the time limit.

The contractually granted voluntary return guarantee does not affect your statutory rights and claims. In particular, your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights remain unrestricted.

3. Shipping

Deliveries are basically valid in Switzerland only. Issuance of goods occurs in common household amounts only and goods are issued to end consumers only.

4. Warranty

If delivered items exhibit obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects immediately to us or to the employee of the delivery service who delivers the items. However, failing to report such defects does not affect your statutory rights.

For all defects in the purchased item that arise during the statutory warranty period, you are entitled, at your discretion, to the statutory claims for supplementary performance, defect rectification/replacement delivery, and – if the statutory conditions are met – further claims for a price reduction or withdrawal, as well as claims for damages, including compensation for non-performance and reimbursement of your futile expenses.

5. Shipping & Service Fees

We offer free deliveries for orders from a value of CHF 34,90, else shipping & service fees of CHF 5,90 apply.

6. Payment

Payment may be made through PayPal, TWINT, card payment (Mastercard, VISA), Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay. There are no cash discounts for immediate payment. We reserve the right to offer only specific payment methods for the requested delivery, e.g., only methods related to the respective credit rating to hedge our credit risk.

Payment via PayPal

You pay directly through your PayPal account. Upon submitting your order, you will be forwarded to PayPal to clear the stated order value. As soon as our PayPal account has been notified about your authorization, shipping starts – depending on the shipping time indicated for the goods. Upon shipping, your PayPal account will, after deducting discounts, be debited with the stated amount invoiced. Goods that have been made to the customer's specifications or that are clearly personalized lead to an immediate debit of your PayPal account with the stated amount invoiced after having deducted discounts, etc.

Payment via card payment

You pay directly during the ordering process by entering your card payment data. Upon shipping, your card payment will, after deducting discounts, be debited with the stated amount invoiced. Goods that have been made to the customer's specifications or that are clearly personalized lead to an immediate debit of your card payment with the stated amount invoiced after having deducted discounts, etc.

Payment with Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the payment method Klarna. The payment is made to Klarna.

Payment with Apple Pay

You pay directly via your Apple account. Upon submitting your order, you will be forwarded to Apple to authorize the payment of the stated order value. As soon as we have been informed of your authorization, shipping starts - depending on the shipping time indicated for the goods. Depending on the payment method deposited with Apple Pay, it will be debited with the stated amount invoiced, deducting any discounts, etc., immediately after authorization or shipping has been made.

Payment with Google Pay

You pay directly via your Google account. Upon submitting your order, you will be forwarded to Google to authorize the payment of the stated order value. As soon as we have been informed about your authorization, shipping starts - depending on the shipping time indicated for the goods. Depending on the payment method saved with Google Pay, it will be debited with the stated amount invoiced, deducting any discounts, etc., immediately after authorization or shipping has been made.

Payment with Twint

You pay directly through your TWINT account. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to TWINT, where you can authorize payment for the order amount. Once we are notified of your authorization, the shipment will be processed according to the delivery time specified for the item. Depending on the payment method linked to your TWINT account, the actual invoice amount—after deducting any discounts, etc.—will be charged either immediately after authorization or after the shipment has been made.

7. Prices

Our prices contain statutory VAT.

8. Reservation of ownership

Until full payment, the goods remain our property.

9. Disclaimer for External Links

We refer to other websites on our pages via links. For all these links, it applies that we have no influence on the design and content of the linked pages. Therefore, we explicitly distance ourselves from all content of third-party linked pages and do not adopt these contents as our own. This declaration applies to all displayed links and to all contents of the pages to which links lead.

10. Contractual language / storage of order text

The contract is concluded in English language. The text of the order is not stored with us and cannot be accessed anymore upon completion of the ordering procedure. You may, however, print your order text immediately upon having submitted the order.

11. Image Rights

All image rights are owned by us or our partners. Any use of images, even partial, is not permitted without our express consent.
